Sucker Rod Couplings

OVERVIEW

Sucker rod couplings connect individual rod sections in beam pump and progressive cavity pump (PCP) strings. Westcan stocks both full size and slim-hole designs across all standard API rod sizes. Our couplings meet API 11B dimensional and material requirements, with box threads precision machined for reliable makeup torque and extended fatigue life.

AVAILABLE PRODUCTS

Sucker Rod Couplings – Connect rods of the same size with identical box threads on both ends.

Polished Rod Couplings – Designed to connect polished rods and sinker bars, featuring a vanish cone and matching threads on both ends.

Sub-Couplings (Crossover Couplings) – Used to connect rods of different sizes, with different thread sizes on each end.
