Can you supply customized products and premium threads?
Yes, we work with API licensed local machine shops to supply any customized products. We can also have premium threading done by licensed facilities to finish off your product.
Do you provide Material Test Reports for each product?
Yes, each of our products have a Material test report that shows all API requirements have been met.
What is your standard lead time for in stock items?
When ordered before 3:00PM in stock items will ship the same day. Items can also be held for pickup or put in our afterhours drop box.
Do you offer thread inspection services?
We do not offer thread inspection on full length pipe but can facilitate thread inspection of an accessory and provide you with a thread inspection report.
Do you ship items outside of Canada?
Yes, we can ship products to anywhere in the world. We normally ship Ex Works, so the customer is responsible for shipping costs and duties.
Do you offer coated products?
Yes, our stock includes both polymer and Nickel coated items. We use local coaters so we can coat specialty items with a quick turnaround as well.
Do your products come with thread protectors?
Yes, all of our products have plastic thread protectors installed to protect the threads during shipping.
